Q Do you have a retail store?

A. We only have an on-line store in order to provide customers with a large variety of products.

Q. Do you have a printed catalog?

A. We do not have a printed catalog due to our constantly changing selections, and in order to bring our customers the lowest possible prices. If you like more information about any product please feel free to contact us.

Q. How do I know my order has been placed?

A. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Q. When will my backorder arrive?

A. Backordered items are those which our manufacture suppliers are temporary out of stock, usually back order will be ship in 1-2 weeks; some item may take up to 4-6 weeks, if you need an Estimate Arrival Date, Please Contact our Customer service department. But as soon as we receive the item back from the suppliers, we will be ship the item to you. All Back Order Will be Keep on Our Back Order List for 3 Month.

Q. I placed an order but did not get a confirmation. What do I do?

A. You either did not enter your email address correctly or you did not add SexyLingerie.co to your safe sender list in your email program. First, check your "Junk" email folder. If you find the confirmation there, then you should add SexyLingerie.co to your safe sender list. If you do not find the email in you Junk folder, then email to service@sexylingerie.co and ask us to confirm that we received your order. Please be sure to provide your name and shipping address so we can track your order down.

Q. I haven’t received my order. Who should I contact?

A. As soon as your order ships we will email you a shipping information. Please use the information included in that email to track your package. if you still have questions, contact our Customer Service Department at 855-691-3606 or by email at service@sexylingerie.co

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Q. Why do I need to enter my Billing address?

A. Your Billing address needs to match the address shown on your credit card statement. This is a security measure we use for protection against fraud.

Q. How discreet will the packaging be that you ship my order in?

A. All merchandise shipped from SexyLingerie.co are safe to ship to home or work, no one will be able to tell what’s in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard discreet brown box, Priority mail or UPS box or envelope.

Q. Can I cancel an order?

A. Please call the SexyLingerie Customer Service Team ASAP. If your order has not left our warehouse, we will give our best efforts to locate the package and make any necessary changes. If the order has already shipped, or cannot be located in the shipping containers, SexyLingerie will not be responsible for any additional costs added to correct the order.

Q. What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly?

A. SexyLingerie ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. The address is sent through a computer generated shipping tool to create a shipping label. Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information including apartment numbers, building numbers, dorm numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and / or any other necessary shipping information. If you notice an error, please contact SexyLingerie ASAP to correct the address. If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist with, but we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track. SexyLingerie is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. If your package is returned to SexyLingerie, there is a $7.50 fee to have the package reshipped with basic service. You can upgrade to other shipping method for an additional fees. If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, SexyLingerie will only refund the merchandise charges, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded.
