Estimated at 7-14 business days for delivery if products are in stock. We do not offer Overnight or 2-Day Delivery with this service. SexyLingerie ships international orders via US Postal Service or DHL. We will select the best method depending on details of the order unless the customer contact us with their preference.
We charge a flat rate of $49 for most international orders. This rate may increase if an international order contains heavier items, such as shoes, or a large quantity of items. In cases like this, a SexyLingerie representative will contact the customer with a final shipping cost once the package has been weighed and prepared for shipment. If you would like an estimate of shipping costs before placing an international order that contains heavy items, please feel free to contact us.
International Orders typically handle within 2-3 business days. Handling time may be longer, depending on the availability of products within your order. Because we do ship from multiple warehouses, international orders sometimes need to be assembled at our headquarters in California prior to international shipment. Because of this, handling time for international orders is not guaranteed. We will notify you of any delays that may occur.
For international orders, the preferred form of payment is PayPal, which can be used easily at checkout. For fraud protection, all international orders paid using a credit card are required to have matching billing and shipping addresses.
If your billing address is outside the US, enter the customer service phone number of your credit card company found on the back of your credit card. If you do not provide this number, your order will be delayed and possibly cancelled.
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges must be paid by the customer. Fees for any unclaimed or refused packages will be the responsibility of the customer, and will be charged according to UPS or DHL return shipping and customs fees.

While we strive to keep inventory levels high enough to meet demand, there may be instances when an item from your order is not in stock or is on back order. If this happens, we will contact you via e-mail, asking whether you would like to wait for the item, or whether you would prefer to switch to another item or cancel the item for a refund. Please note that if you do not respond to this e-mail, other items from your order may be held until the back ordered item arrives.
